Terms of Service
These Terms explain the rules for using Neotrix creative technology systems, including intelligent automation services for scheduled jobs and automated workflows.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Neotrix services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Neotrix helps you configure, schedule, and monitor automated jobs. Features may change over time as we improve the service, add integrations, or remove functionality.
You are responsible for reviewing each automation before it runs and for confirming that its instructions, timing, permissions, and outputs are appropriate for your intended use.
3. Your account and responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for maintaining any credentials or permissions used by your automations.
You may not use the service to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, bypass security controls, distribute malware, send abusive or unwanted communications, or interfere with the service or its users.
4. Automation and AI limitations
Automations and AI-generated results can be incomplete, incorrect, delayed, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Neotrix services do not replace your review, judgment, professional advice, or required human approval. You are responsible for checking important outputs before relying on them or sending them to others.
We do not guarantee that a job will run at an exact time, complete without errors, or remain compatible with every third-party service.
5. Connected services
If you connect another service, you authorize Neotrix to use the permissions you grant for the automation you configure. You must have the right to connect that account and must follow the connected provider’s terms. Neotrix is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, or actions taken by third-party services.
6. Your content and our rights
You retain rights to the instructions, content, and other materials you submit. You give Neotrix the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide and secure the service.
Neotrix and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, branding, and underlying technology. These Terms do not grant you ownership of those materials.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Neotrix services available, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, security incidents, or events outside our control. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for users or the service, fail to pay applicable charges, or if continued operation is no longer practical. We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for security, backups, disputes, or legal obligations.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use. You use automated jobs and their outputs at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, Neotrix will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will update the effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes. If you continue using Neotrix services after the updated Terms take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
