Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Neotrix - Creative Technology Systems is operated by Neotrix. In this policy, “Neotrix,” “we,” or “us” means the service provider for our creative technology systems and services.

2. Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, we may receive basic profile information that Google makes available to us, such as your name, email address, and profile photo. We use this information to create and secure your account and to show you which account is signed in.

When you use the service, we may also collect information you provide to operate your automations, including job names, instructions, schedules, configuration details, execution results, error logs, support messages, and basic device or usage information such as browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and security events.

Neotrix does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Contacts, or other Google content under this sign-in-only configuration.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Neotrix services; authenticate users; run scheduled jobs; troubleshoot failures; respond to support requests; communicate important service updates; and detect abuse or unauthorized access.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for targeted advertising, personalized advertising, or data-broker activity. We do not use Google user data to train AI models.

4. Service providers and sharing

We may share the minimum information needed with trusted providers that help us host the service, store data, send email, monitor security, process technical operations, or provide customer support. These providers may process information only to perform services for Neotrix and must protect it appropriately.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users or Neotrix, or as part of a business transfer. We do not share information for purposes unrelated to operating or protecting the service.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep information while it is needed to provide the service and for a limited period afterward when reasonably necessary for security, backups, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account information by emailing contact@neotrix.asia. Some information may remain in secure backups until those backups are routinely replaced.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use strong account credentials and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized activity.

7. Your choices

You may stop using the service, revoke Neotrix’s Google sign-in access from your Google Account settings, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold about you.

8. Children’s privacy

Neotrix services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service or our data practices change. We will update the effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of the service after an update means the updated policy applies.
